OUR TEAM

At TKC day nursery we truly pride ourselves on having a diverse highly qualified staff and management team, which are fully supported by the TKC Partners.  TKC invests and believes in staff continued professional development (CPD), which leads to a quality workforce that can provide quality care and outstanding opportunities to learn.

As early childhood professionals, we continually seek to develop our team, learning environment and curriculum, so the young children in our care grow and develop physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually- but most of all have fun.

I am one of the founding partners of The Kid Company.  I have been lucky enough to watch the nursery grow and flourish over the past 12 years. I have 2 young children who both formerly attended TKC, prior to starting school.  What my children loved about TKC was playing outside, looking for bugs and getting muddy! We have wonderful outdoor spaces at both settings, which allows the opportunity to use the great outdoors to our advantage and explore in completely natural surroundings in rain or shine! I love seeing the staff engaging with the children outside, we have so much fun!
